Physical Therapy & Training Studio

NOW OPEN

I’m thrilled to announce the opening of my own clinic, Physio Indy. After nearly 20 years in practice, I’m looking forward to continuing my passion for providing efficient and affordable physical therapy and training to active people.

At Physio Indy, my goal is simple: to offer customized, one-on-one care to patients of all ages who are committed to achieving their health goals. I believe in a pain-free rehab experience, with upfront pricing and a focus on you, not the insurance companies, determining your treatment plan.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or focused on performance, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

  • Private Appointments

Physio Indy provides 1 on 1 care in a private office setting, bucking the ugly trend of physical therapist treating multiple patients at a time in a for profit setting. All appointments are HSA eligible and receipts can be provided for insurance reimbursement as available.

  • Custom Treatment

At Physio Indy, you take an active role in guiding your treatment plan—because no one knows your body better than you. I offer a wide range of therapies, including massage techniques, pain-relieving modalities, and strength and conditioning to ensure you get the most effective and personalized care. My goal is to provide a rehab experience that’s not only customized but also comfortable.

  • Streamlined Process

At Physio Indy, I understand that rising insurance deductibles can be overwhelming. My goal is to help you avoid unnecessary procedures and focus on what truly matters—saving you both time and money. Physio Indy is built for busy individuals who want to take control of their care, offering a low barrier to entry with a simple, straightforward approach.

  • No Long Term Commitments

At Physio Indy, I understand that your time is valuable and your body’s needs can change over time. That’s why there’s no need to commit to long-term treatment protocols that may no longer suit you. You have the flexibility to determine the frequency of your care based on how you feel. Plus, scheduling treatments is easy and can be done directly online at your convenience.
